T U R B O R E B O P

The world has become complex. There are no simple linear translations of what things mean – no one-to-one relations. This is called fragmentation of meaning and is usually attributed to post-modernism. Of course, relativism was introduced long before. These inconsistencies are the things that block = define the areas of my work. I call them socio-pathologies and I deal with them within Turboblog.

The issue of Turboblog is  public communication.  While it is primarily my playground, it is also open to cross-ideas. The aim is to reach a kind of truth. Real names and real positions are  used.

It happens that experimental approaches have victims. These are amplifiers and especially loudspeakers. Two amplifiers and a couple of loudspeakers of Cirkulacija 2 are now dead. What was needed is an effective audio compressor/ limiter. This is it. After recent changes seems to work well.

Te misli so se porodile ob prebiranju prispevkov na blogu Alenke Sottler Kreativni razred – http://kreativnirazred.blogspot.com/. Prebiranje je vzpodbudila objava Alenkinega pogovora z Mileno Kosec glede njenega sodelovanja pri mednarodnem projektu Artist on Hiatus (Umetnik na oddihu). Once I wrote an article – a complaint on the lies and double talk of representatives of the local government – and ended it with the following line: “Beware of the creativity of the powerful”. It was a response to the repetitive answers of the public officials – that they have different plans. What plans can an official have? It’s just a job!

It looks like the main point of these text is methodology of finding (on or more of) the complementary “views/ images” of the same topic. The new point of view has no absolute value.
